School Secretary

We are seeking a dynamic and organised professional to join our team as a School Secretary. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes within the school.

About the Position

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative and clerical duties relating to all aspects of the school.
  • Ensuring that staff, parents, pupils, visitors and third parties receive a friendly, personalised and professional service.
  • Working as part of the administration team and providing Reception cover.
  • Full aspects of office administration including finance and admissions duties.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a School Secretary or a similar position.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt and embrace new challenges.
