Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
We are looking for experienced and professional Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join our team of exceptional educators.
About The Role and You
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one support to students both inside and outside the classroom
- Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans
- Monitoring and evaluating student responses to learning activities through a range of predetermined assessment and monitoring strategies against given learning objectives.
- Fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with students in a SEND role (essential)
- Has excellent English and Maths skills [GCSE C or grade 4 required]
- Has a compassionate and empathetic approach towards supporting students with diverse needs.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Has a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant SEN qualification.
